Like the temperature preset- not too hot. Massage is gentle.The accessories could be more effective.I love it. The heat temperature is kept. I love the massaging of my feet.truly helped my feet as I hoped it would. Great for relaxing my feet! Very helpfulI like this product because I really like the foot bath part of getting pedicures, but I figured it would be less expensive over time to have one of these units then continually going to get pedicures. I bought it in December of 2019 and used it a handful of times until it broke a little over 6 months later. It worked really well up until then, when it started making this crazy clicking noise whenever the heater was on and the massage rollers would move sporadically, even if that function was turned off. I was nervous that there was some sort of electrical issue and I didn't exactly want to have my feet submerged in water in this unit if that was the case. However, according to Amazon it was just past the window where support is available, but I reached out to the seller anyway because I really hadn't used it that much over that time frame. I'm glad I did, because they provided excellent customer service and shipped me a new unit even though it had been a while since the purchase. I tested the new unit and it seems to be working well. I'm overall very happy with the unit and the customer service and would highly recommend!Best foot spa!I really like this foot spa because after a very busy hectic day I got a time for my self to pamper my self at my own place.It is very relieving for my foot specially the heated bubble feature is very good that gives very comfortable feel for my footAfter a whole day of tiredness I feel so relieve because I have to stand for 10 hours at my job and I was badly looking for foot spa and massager. And it also has three different massaging modes and It was very easy to setup and the cleaning process is also fast .Best thing is the heated water with bubbles and the massage rollers is feel like the real human is massaging our foot ., feel so great .For best results we can add some kind of epsom salt and foot care ...and even without that still the foot feels great,clean and soft.And it also has drainage spout at the bottom so we can empty the water out easily which is very convenient thing about this spa I Am very conscious about my self so every month I had spent so much money on my foot and hand care too and now I am so relieve that I don’t have to spend a lot of money on expensive pedicures.This spa saves my a lot of money .Love it love it love itEasy to operate, big deep basin, auto massage rollers.The spikes on the bottom of the basin are sharp and unnecessary.The rollers have 3 massage modes. The nubs on the rollers could be rounded more and smoother, some still have sharp pieces of plastic on it from manufacturer. 3 prong short plug so if you need an extension cord make sure you take that in mind.It's okay but way over priced for its performance in my opinion. Mildly disappointed with this one and I wont be recommending to others but I dont totally dislike it either.
