Makes it easier to do routine cleaning.This refills are pretty self-explanatory. One must have a Scrubbing Bubbles Automatic Shower Cleaner first since the refills won't work without the device. I guess you could use the liquid to still clean your shower/tub if you wanted to, but it works best with the actual device that sprays the liquid for you after using the shower.REMEMBER to follow the manufacturer instructions and not re-fill your device while it is wet. It is battery powered, but you still don't want to mess with any sort of power mix-up. Super easy since you don't even have to unscrew a lid. The re-fills are just turned upside down and the device actually punctures the top lid for you with the help of gravity and the weight of the re-fill bottle.My only concern is the cost of the product.I do enjoy having an automatic shower cleaner I have noticed that there is no scum buildup at the rate they're used to be the inside of the toilet always smells fresh and it is very easy to use. I used to have to really clean the shower weekly now it's maybe every two and a half week to three weeks. It is a little bit expensive. I followed another user's advice of idea by the food grade citric acid on off days and that helps. You can see in my photo the shower looks pretty clean and there is no scum buildup.The delivery was made within the time frame advertised and in good condition well packaged. The product itself is excellent! I have used it for a couple of years now and kept my shower clean when before it wanted to easily mildew and require a lot of manual sprays and effort to keep it in good shape. A very good product. The sprayer when they changed the packaging for it about a year or two ago, I did not read the instructions when it changed and did not know it had the extender piece so I jury rigged it to work properly in my shower. Now I have a new one and used all of the parts properly and works fine.
